Grove Park No.1, Laurence Delasaux extended his remarkable run on the PSA Tour in Canada when he beat Siddharth Suchde in the final of the $6,000 BC Open at Sport Central in Richmond, BC, to claim his third squash Tour title in five weeks as a qualifier!

After a successful season last year with new coach, Kirsty West, the Mini and Junior section restarts on Sunday 11th October.
Mini sessions (5-8year olds) will run from 3.45 – 4.15pm and Juniors (9-18 year olds) will run from 4.30- 6pm.

The Sunday night Junior coaching has now finished for the season. It has been a great success under our new Level 2 qualified coach, Kirsty West. She has added mini-squash sessions, which cater for 5-11 year olds.

Grove Park 4 secured the 2008-09 NWCSL Division 4 South Title and gained promotion into the 3rd Division!
They went on to play 4SE Champions, Alderley Edge 3, in the Overall Divisional play-offs but lost out 4-1. Alderley eventually won the Divisional Title and completed the season unbeaten.
The team consists of (from left to right) Hilary Kenyon, Terry Reid, Steve Husdan, Rod Boswell, Nick Scarle (captain), Steve Yule, Paul Vale, Brian Percy, Kirsty West and Roger Shoesmith (on lead guitar). With Division 3 being reduced to twelve teams and with four teams to be relegated the they face an uphill struggle for survival.
