With the World Championships drawing to a close in Manchester, the Danish national squad were training at Grove Park for three days from Thursday 31st October. There was even time for an informal “Test Match” between the Danish v Greek National Teams. Continue reading Denmark vs Greece Test Match
The first Team start the second half of the season just 2 points off the top of league. Their first match is at home versus local rivals, Prestbury. They have been struggling so far this season but still have a powerful top order, lead by one of the best players in the league, Alan Clyne (he beat Whippy last year). Laurence Delasaux had a great game with him in the first half, just being over-powered in the fifth. He has improved massively since then, so will be looking to reverse that result.
The Grove Park Xmas Doubles and curry night is on Monday 21st December.

Grove Park No.1, Laurence Delasaux extended his remarkable run on the PSA Tour in Canada when he beat Siddharth Suchde in the final of the $6,000 BC Open at Sport Central in Richmond, BC, to claim his third squash Tour title in five weeks as a qualifier!
